Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (ideally freeze 1/2 cup pumpkin puree is encouraged)
- 1 medium banana (frozen, in 1-2 inch chunks)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup, or to taste
- 1 to 2 tablespoons caramel sauce, or to taste
- 1 to 2 tablespoons brown sugar, or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, or to taste
- 1 pinch other seasonings such as nutmeg, ginger,allspice, cloves, etc. to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract, to taste

Step 1combine all ingredients into a blender and blend. serve immediately.

Step 2garnish with cool whip, caramel sauce and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, add a handful of granola to the top, or drizzle the top with nut butter like almond, sunflower seed butter, or peanut butter.
