california smoothie

This is a refreshing drink after I work in the garden or after a long walk. I'll drink this for breakfast. It's very filling as well. You can add additional fruit if you like, I like to add crushed pineapple. Sometimes I omit the ice and use frozen strawberries.

- - 7 large strawberries
- - 8 oz lemon yogurt
- - 2 c crushed ice
- - 1/3 c fresh orange juice

Step 1In a blender, combine strawberries, yogurt ,ice and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
