1/2 cnon-fat milk or alomond milk

1 tspfresh ginger (peeled and minced) or powder

How To Make blueberry fruit smootie

1Place blueberries, mango or other fruits, yogurt, almond milk or milk and ginger in a blender. Pulse until combined and thickened.

2Pour into a glass and garnish with mint. Make 1 serving.
