Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup peeled and slice manago or other fruit
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt or greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup non-fat milk or alomond milk
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (peeled and minced) or powder
  • - fresh mint, for garnish

How To Make blueberry fruit smootie

  • Step 1
    Place blueberries, mango or other fruits, yogurt, almond milk or milk and ginger in a blender. Pulse until combined and thickened.
  • Step 2
    Pour into a glass and garnish with mint. Make 1 serving.
