- 1 tablespoon yogurt or greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup non-fat milk or alomond milk
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (peeled and minced) or powder
- - fresh mint, for garnish
How To Make blueberry fruit smootie

Step 1Place blueberries, mango or other fruits, yogurt, almond milk or milk and ginger in a blender. Pulse until combined and thickened.
