Ingredients For blueberry fruit smootie

  • 1 c
    blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 c
    peeled and slice manago or other fruit
  • 1 Tbsp
    yogurt or greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c
    non-fat milk or alomond milk
  • 1 tsp
    fresh ginger (peeled and minced) or powder
  • fresh mint, for garnish

How To Make blueberry fruit smootie

  • 1
    Place blueberries, mango or other fruits, yogurt, almond milk or milk and ginger in a blender. Pulse until combined and thickened.

    Pour into a glass and garnish with mint. Make 1 serving.
