Ingredients For berry smoothie
1 can(20 oz) crushed pineapple, chilled and undrained
1 can(16 1/2 oz) blueberries or blackberries, chilled and drained
1 1/2 cice cubes
16oz. carton lemon or vanilla yogurt
How To Make berry smoothie
1In blender combine all ingredients and puree until smooth. Serve immediately or keep chilled for up to one hour. Mix again before serving.
