berry-pomegranate smoothie

I hit upon a super deal on organic raspberries this weekend which thus far I used for making freezer jam, muesli and this smoothie. If you don't have fresh berries, frozen berries will work out just fine! I tested the recipe using mostly raspberries; tossing in only 1-2 lonely strawberries. Source: TheBearfootBaker.com. Note-ingredient amounts given are adjustable but do remember to maintain the correct balance of sweet yet not too tart.
