  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1/ cup green tea, cooled or your favorite tea will do
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 - ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons oil, of choice
  • 1/2 cup crytallized ginger

    in blender, add all ingredients. blend until combined. serve immediately.
