Inspired by banana caramel iced coffee recipes which use vanilla ice cream. I didn't want to use ice cream, so I decided to use frozen banana. The milk gets wonderfully frothy if you blend the mixture on high for at least one minute.
You can use any milk you like.
Prep time includes 24 hours of freezing for the banana!
