The Holidays is always a great time for an adult punch whether it is Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's. The frozen strawberries are beautiful and functional in this punch. They keep the punch cold and enhance, rather than dilute the flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry-flavor gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 can (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 bottle (750 ml) rose wine, chilled
- 1 bottle (750 ml) champagne, chilled
- 1 pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries with stems, frozen*
How To Make strawberry champagne punch

Step 1* To freeze strawberries, wash and gently pat dry. If desired, leave stems on for color. Arrange in single layer on cookie sheet; freeze until firm.

Step 2Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool. In punch bowl, combine gelatin mixture, lemonade concentrate and cold water. Just before serving, stir in wine, champagne and strawberries.
