Strawberry Champagne Punch
1 pkg(3 oz) strawberry-flavor gelatin
1 cboiling water
1 can(s)(6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 ccold water
1 bottle(750 ml) rose wine, chilled
1 bottle(750 ml) champagne, chilled
1 pt(2 cups) fresh strawberries with stems, frozen*
How to Make Strawberry Champagne Punch
- * To freeze strawberries, wash and gently pat dry. If desired, leave stems on for color. Arrange in single layer on cookie sheet; freeze until firm.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool. In punch bowl, combine gelatin mixture, lemonade concentrate and cold water. Just before serving, stir in wine, champagne and strawberries.
