This refreshing beverage allows you to taste the fruits of your labors, if you have the gardening green thumb. It is so good for you and cleansing too. Enjoy this on a hot day or bring to your favorite potluck or picnic. I prefer it with fresh blueberries, but this batch, I made it with 2 Blueberry Acai Green Tea Bags,

prep time 10 Hr
cook time 25 Min
method ---
yield 1 pitcher

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup dark brown or white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries or 2 tea bags of blueberry tea
  • 3 - fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 6 cups water

How To Make rosemary blueberry limeade

  • Step 1
Place all ingredients in a lidded pot. Bring to a boil; stir until all sugar is dissolved. You may want to throw your squeezed limes in here, as well.
  • Step 2
Turn off heat. Place lid atop, and allow to brew for twenty minutes.
  • Step 3
Remove tea bags, if using instead of fresh blueberries. Then pour in a pitcher. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Step 4
    Optionally, strain. I do not.
  • Step 5
    Serve over ice.
