How to Make Reception Punch
- Heat pineapple juice, sugar and water until sugar is dissolved. Place juices and bananas in blender. Mix all ingredients and freeze for a minimum 24 hours.
- One hour before serving, scoop out frozen mixture in punch bowl with ice cream scoop. Add chilled ginger ale. (Can use 7-up, sprite, etc.)
- Keeps frozen for 6 months
- Can also make smaller amounts as needed when company comes for a visit. Wonderful to have in your freezer.
