Ingredients
- 1 quart rainbow sherbet ice cream
- 2 liters sprite, or any other citrus soda
How To Make rainbow soda

Step 1Store the rainbow sherbet ice cream at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.

Step 2Dump the rainbow sherbet ice cream into a large bowl.

Step 3Use a butterknife to cut the rainbow sherbet ice cream in half. Keep one half in the bowl and set the other half aside.

Step 4Use the butterknife again to cut the rainbow sherbet ice cream that is in the bowl into 5-15 fairly equal chunks.

Step 5Use the back of a spoon or a potato masher to turn the rainbow sherbet ice cream that you set aside into "soft serve." (this might be soupy)

Step 6Add 1/4 of the 2 liter bottle of soda to the smooth rainbow sherbet ice cream.

Step 7Add 1/2 of the remaining soda to the chunky rainbow sherbet ice cream. (dont stir)

Step 8Add the rainbow sherbet/soda mixture to the chunky rainbow sherbet/soda mixture, and stir lightly.

Step 9(If desired, add the rest of the remaining soda to make it thinner)

Step 10Put in a serving bowl and enjoy! (this is great at parties!)
