I omitted the eggs and if you want to include good ice cream to this recipe I recommend Haggen-daz Vanilla Ice cream. I used fresh coconut milk to my recipe this year and it came out awesome. No matter what you use, it will always taste good. My daughter omit the rum. You can put any rum into her Coquito.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans coconut milk unsweetened (brand goya)
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 cup rum (preferred barcadi white)
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream (good brand)

How To Make puerto rican coquito

  • Step 1
    Put all the ingredient into the -BLENDER If you want to omit the ice cream or the rum it will not affect the taste, it will taste good either way. Keep it nice and cold;.
