pineapple basil iced sweet tea
This delicious tea is really a treat. It also has a number of health benefits for men and women alike of all ages. Historically, women drank basil tea before and after childbirth for good blood circulation and to stimulate breastmilk production. I currently am 36 weeks with our sixth son, so this couldn't have come at a better time. You don't need a reason to enjoy, just brew away!
