Pineapple Basil Iced Sweet Tea
Historically, women drank basil tea before and after childbirth for good blood circulation and to stimulate breastmilk production.
I currently am 36 weeks with our sixth son, so this couldn't have come at a better time.
You don't need a reason to enjoy, just brew away!
- handfuls of fresh sweet basil (purple and green)
- 4 Tbsp
- dark agave nectar
- pineapple, cubed
- 1/2 c
- dark brown or white sugar
- 6-8 c
How to Make Pineapple Basil Iced Sweet Tea
- 1Place all ingredients in a lidded pot. Bring to a boil; stir until all sugar is dissolved.
- 4Serve over ice.
