My daughter gave me this recipe serveral years ago. She found it online and served it at a family get-together.

You make up the base the day ahead, then add the ginger ale just before serving.

  • 1/3 c
  • 1 qt
    cranberry juice
  • 2 c
    unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    almond extract
  • 1
    2 liter bottle ginger ale
  • ·
    frozen cranberries for garnish, if desired

How to Make Holiday Punch


  1. The day before, mix together sugar, cranberry juice, pineapple juice and almond extract. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Next day place juice mixture in a punch bowl, pour in ginger ale, garnish with some frozen cranberries and serve.
