My daughter gave me this recipe serveral years ago. She found it online and served it at a family get-together. You make up the base the day ahead, then add the ginger ale just before serving.

serves 32 - 4 oz servings

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1 qt
    cranberry juice
  • 2 c
    unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    almond extract
  • 1
    2 liter bottle ginger ale
  • frozen cranberries for garnish, if desired

How To Make

  • 1
    The day before, mix together sugar, cranberry juice, pineapple juice and almond extract. Refrigerate overnight.
  • 2
    Next day place juice mixture in a punch bowl, pour in ginger ale, garnish with some frozen cranberries and serve.
