- 6 ounces frozen pineapple concentrate
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup bourbon, optional
- 33 7/8 ounces ginger ale
- 2 1/2 cups cold water

Step 1Mold cranberries into an ice ring. Freeze. In punch bowl put the juices and water. Add bourbon and stir gently. Unmold cranberries into punch bowl. Then pour in ginger ale and stir again, gently.
