Ingredients
- PUNCH
- 1 bottle champagne, prosecco or other sparkling white wine (bottle size = a fifth)
- 56 ounces ginger ale, chilled (diet is ok)
- 1 quart orange juice, chilled
- 32 ounces cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
- ICE RING
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup cranberry juice
- 3/4 cup water
How To Make cranberry champagne punch

Step 16 hours before serving and while juices are chilling, make the ice ring. Layer lemon and orange slices in a ring mold and scatter cranberries in between. Then mix together the cranberry juice, orange juice and water, and pour the liquid over the fruit. Freeze the ring mold until firm.

Step 2Mix all 4 punch ingredients in a large punchbowl with the ice ring.
