Don't ask me why it's called "Eye Opener"...maybe because it can be served for a breakfast brunch? I serve it anytime!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 6 ounces can frozen lemonade. concentrate, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 liter carbonated water, chilled well
  • 1 - orange, sliced and halved
  • - ice made from another bottle of carbonated water

How To Make citrus eye opener

  • Step 1
    In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the thawed concentrates and the cold water.
  • Step 2
    Just before serving, slowly add the carbonated water. Stir gently to mix.
  • Step 3
    To serve, pour over ice cubes made from extra carbonated water. If desired, garnish glasses with the halved orange slices.
