This berry red fruit punch makes a festive addition to any holiday table. Serve hot or cold topped with ice cream.

two 10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries in syrup
1 quart cranberry apple drink
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 quart peppermint stick or burgundy cherry ice cream
candy canes for stirrers


1Slightly thaw the berries. Mix berries, cranberry apple drink, and lemon juice in medium pan. Simmer 10 minute. Pour mixture through a strainer, pressing on fruit to release as much of the juices as possible. Serve hot or cold in mugs, topped with a scoop of ice cream and a candy cane stirrer. Serves 10 to 12
