How to Make Banana Belt Punch


  1. combine water and sugar. Heat to a boil and wait for sugar to dissolve. Add lemon juice and bananas.
  2. Add the pineapple juice. Freeze.
  3. An hour before serving remove from freezer and add the 7-up. I use 1/2 the frozen part first and 1-2 2 liter sodas. Then add the rest when I am refilling the punch.
