This is my sister's favorite punch. I love her dearly. We both raised 3 boys together. Many good memories.

Ingredients For banana belt punch

  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 4 c
    water
  • 2
    squeeze lemons
  • 5
    mashed ripe bananas
  • 1
    46 oz. can pineapple juice
  • 3-4
    2 liter 7 ups

How To Make banana belt punch

  • 1
    combine water and sugar. Heat to a boil and wait for sugar to dissolve. Add lemon juice and bananas.

    Add the pineapple juice. Freeze.
  • 3
    An hour before serving remove from freezer and add the 7-up. I use 1/2 the frozen part first and 1-2 2 liter sodas. Then add the rest when I am refilling the punch.
