This is my sister's favorite punch. I love her dearly. We both raised 3 boys together. Many good memories.

Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 cups water
- 2 - squeeze lemons
- 5 - mashed ripe bananas
- 1 - 46 oz. can pineapple juice
- 3-4 - 2 liter 7 ups
How To Make banana belt punch

Step 1combine water and sugar. Heat to a boil and wait for sugar to dissolve. Add lemon juice and bananas.

Step 2Add the pineapple juice. Freeze.

Step 3An hour before serving remove from freezer and add the 7-up. I use 1/2 the frozen part first and 1-2 2 liter sodas. Then add the rest when I am refilling the punch.
