white sangria
An authentic, and very simple, sangria from Valencia, Spain. You can use any kind of fruit you want, including fresh berries, nectarines, etc. Calvados can be used in place of the orange liqueur.

Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 ml) pinot grigio or chenin blanc
- 6 teaspoons sugar (more or less to taste)
- 2 tablespoons gran torres or grand marnier (or calvados)
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1 peach, sliced
- 1 cup club soda
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, optional
How To Make white sangria

Step 1Place all the ingredients, except club soda and optional raspberries, in a large pitcher. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2To serve, add ice and stir. Pour into glasses and top with some raspberries, if using.
