A vegan version of egg nog. I love the deliciously rich nutmeg flavor! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups vanilla soy milk
  • 3 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup rum (optional)

How To Make veg-nog

  • Step 1
    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on medium-high speed until thick and frothy. Serve warm or cold. Add Rum if desired.
