For some reason, I cannot get mine to be pink. It must be the rose water and syrup that are available to me. But the taste is great.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup rose syrup
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 1 teaspoon green cardamon pods, put through a coffee grinder then sprinkle through a fine mesh strainer
- pistachio nuts, for garnish
How To Make rose lassi

Step 1Place all ingredients together except pistachios in a blender. Blend until smooth.
