A good way to cut down on heat and humidity in your kitchen, when the weather is hot, and you are craving brewed iced tea! I might try throwing some mint leaves in to brew with the tea, just to see how it turns out!

Ingredients
- 4 - small tea bags, or
- 1 - family size tea
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar, optional, for sweet tea
How To Make pressure cooker brewed ice tea

Step 1Place all in pressure cooker.

Step 2Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.

Step 3Let pressure release naturally.

Step 4Let cool for several minutes, then slowly pour into ice-filled glasses. Serve with lemon, mint, or you favorite garnish.
