Yields: 1-1/4 cups
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 3/4 cup half & half
- 12-packets of saccharin sweetener, or 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons mccormick pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of mccormick peppermint extract
How To Make peppermint coffee creamer

Step 1Place the milk and half-and-half in a saucepan over medium heat; heat until steaming but not boiling.

Step 2When the milk mixture is steaming; stir in the sugar until well combined.

Step 3Remove from heat, and stir in the vanilla extract and peppermint extract.

Step 4Pour the peppermint coffee creamer in a glass mason jar with a lid, and place in the refrigerate to chill.

Step 5When ready to use, be sure to shake the coffee creamer in jar (with lid) before each use.

Step 6If desired, top hot coffee with whipped cream and bits of crushed candy cane. (As seen in photos.)
