How to Make Overnight Holiday Eggnog
- 1. Beat the eggs until they are light and lemon colored. Add sugar gradually, beating constantly Continue beating and gradually add the bourbon and rum. Slowly add 2 cups of cream.
- 2. Beat the egg whites until they are stiff. Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
- 3. Sprinkle the nutmeg over the surface and chill overnight in the refrigerator. Makes enough for 20 servings!
