Makes enough for 20 servings.
Ingredients
- 12 - eggs, seperated
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pint bourbon
- 1/2 pint rum
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 pinch nutmeg
How To Make overnight holiday eggnog

Step 11. Beat the eggs until they are light and lemon colored. Add sugar gradually, beating constantly Continue beating and gradually add the bourbon and rum. Slowly add 2 cups of cream.

Step 22. Beat the egg whites until they are stiff. Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.

Step 33. Sprinkle the nutmeg over the surface and chill overnight in the refrigerator. Makes enough for 20 servings!
