- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon tumeric
- 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 cups orange juice, fresh
- 1/3 cup lemon juice

Step 1Mix all ingredients together until blended.

Step 2Take anywhere from 1 tsp - 1 tbsp every 4 hours or until symptoms are gone.
