Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups lemon juice

How To Make lemon ice

  • Step 1
    In a saucepan over low heat - cook and stir the sugar and water until the sugar is dissolved
  • Step 2
    Remove from the heat
  • Step 3
    Stir in lemon juice
  • Step 4
    Pour into a freezer container
  • Step 5
    Freeze for 4 hours; stirring every 30 minutes or until mixture becomes slushy
