    fresh lavender blooms
  • 2 c
    hot water
  • 2 c
    ice cold water

    lavender sprigs

How to Make Lavender-Lemon Balm Iced Tea


  1. Pour the hot water over the lemon balm leaves and lavender blooms; allow the tea infuse 10 minutes.
  2. Add the ice cold water. Stir.
  3. Garnish each serving with a thin slice of fresh lemon, a whole lemon balm leaf and a sprig of lavender. Serve the tea with ice in a pretty glass or a mason jar.
