Ingredients

  • FOR THE STRAWBERRY SYRUP
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • FOR SERVING
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry syrup to every 1 cup of chilled milk

How To Make korean strawberry milk

  • Step 1
    Clean and hull the strawberries. Add to a blender, then add the sugar and lemon juice. Blend.
  • Step 2
    Let it sit for 1 hour to dissolve all the sugar, stirring a couple of times.
  • Step 3
    Place in a jar in the fridge for at least 2 hours to get cold.
  • Step 4
    Add 4 tablespoons of the syrup to one cup of cold milk.
