- FOR THE STRAWBERRY SYRUP
- 1 pound fresh strawberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- FOR SERVING
- 4 tablespoons strawberry syrup to every 1 cup of chilled milk
How To Make korean strawberry milk

Step 1Clean and hull the strawberries. Add to a blender, then add the sugar and lemon juice. Blend.

Step 2Let it sit for 1 hour to dissolve all the sugar, stirring a couple of times.

Step 3Place in a jar in the fridge for at least 2 hours to get cold.

Step 4Add 4 tablespoons of the syrup to one cup of cold milk.
