  • 2 tablespoons frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
  • 2 teaspoons sugar-free caramel ice cream topping
  • OPTIONAL
  • - coarsely crushed chocolate-covered coffee beans

How To Make iced caramel-cream coffee

  • Step 1
    In a blender combine coffee, instant breakfast mix, and 2 Tablespoons ice cream.
  • Step 2
    Cover and blend until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Pour over ice in two glasses.
  • Step 4
    Top with dessert topping and drizzle with 2 teaspoons ice cream topping.
  • Step 5
    If desired, sprinkle with coarsely crushed coffee beans.
