1 cwhite long grain rice
2 cnon dairy milk
3 stickcinnamon or 2 tbls ground
How to Make Horchata
- Put rice into a blender with 2 cups water. Blend until rice is broken up and water milky.
- Pour into pitcher with 4 cups of water. Add cinnamon and let sit overnight. The longer it sits, the milky it will taste.
- Pour into another pitcher or large bowl using cheese cloth to strain rice and cinnamon sticks out.
- Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour over ice and enjoy.
