Ingredients
- 1 cup white long grain rice
- 6 cups water
- 2 cups non dairy milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 sticks cinnamon or 2 tbls ground
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make horchata

Step 1Put rice into a blender with 2 cups water. Blend until rice is broken up and water milky.

Step 2Pour into pitcher with 4 cups of water. Add cinnamon and let sit overnight. The longer it sits, the milky it will taste.

Step 3Pour into another pitcher or large bowl using cheese cloth to strain rice and cinnamon sticks out.

Step 4Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour over ice and enjoy.
