- 1 cup cold brew coffee (recipe follows)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dark chocolate cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch
- ice

Step 1For cold brew coffee: Place 1/2 cup of coarse grind coffee in 2 cups cold water. Cover and let steep 24 hours. Strain,

Step 2In a microwave safe dish combine 2 tbsp coffee with sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Microwave for 30 seconds.

Step 3Add the remaining coffee and evaporated milk. Mix well and pour over ice.
