Ingredients
- 1/2 cup - of half & half
- 1/2 cup - of 2% milk
- 1/3 cup - of granulate sugar (or 8 packets of sweet 'n low)
- 1 - teaspoon mccormick coconut extract
- 1/2 - teaspoon mccormick pure vanilla extract
How To Make homemade coconut coffee creamer

Step 1In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the heavy whipping cream, 2% milk, granulate sugar (or 8 packets of Sweet 'N Low), until steam appears.

Step 2Remove pan from heat, and stir in the coconut extract, and the vanilla extracts.

Step 3Allow to cool completely, then store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
