  Pour ingredients into a sifter.

  Give a little stir with a whisk or a fork to make sure it is combined well.

  Store in an air tight container in a cool, dry place.

  To make milk: mix 8oz cold milk with 3 tbs of mix. It will resist blending and try to be clumpy. Use a magic bullet, blender, or hand held whipper/frother to help this blend together smoothly if clumps are bothersome.

  To make hot milk: mix 8oz hot milk with 3tbs of mix. Stir well.
