How To Make grapefruit gin

• Step 1
  Wash the grapefruit and place it in a glass container large enough to hold it and the 750 ml bottle of gin. Add the gin to the container. Make sure the grapefuit is completely submerged. Close the container or wrap it tightly. Place it in a dark, cool place for 24 hours. Don't throw away the bottle - you will use it for the finished product.
• Step 2
  Remove the grapefruit. Using a funnel, transfer the finished gin to the empty gin bottle. Freeze for at least an hour before using it.
