1 cup brandy
1 cup sugar
1 quart whipping cream

How To Make frozen johns

Step 1

soak cookies (crumble first) in brandy. add suagr.

Step 2

whip the cream til stiff, fold in cookie mixture, spoon into champagne glasses and freeze 1 hour.
Step 3

this can be made a day ahead of time.
