Anytime we have parties we always do Jello shots...Its just not a party without them. I recently made these for a Christmas Party. I wasnt sure how they would come out but they went over well,Loved by all. One of my friends said it was like a Creme Brulee with a kick =)

Ingredients

1 cup water
1 package knox unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup eggnog
2/3 cup rum..i used spiced rum
1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make eggnog jello shots

Step 1

Bring 1 cup of water up to a boil. Turn off heat add knox and sugar. Stir until dissolved.

Step 2

Cool for 15 minutes
Step 3

Add eggnog , rum and vanilla
Step 4

Pour into individual condiment cups ..makes about 15-20 shots
Step 5

Chill 4-6 hours or overnight
