Ingredients

  • 5 teaspoons instant espresso powder
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce, or more plus some inside the glass and topping
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, or to taste
  • 1 cup whipped cream

How To Make caramel frappuccino

  • Step 1
    In a measuring cup, combine instant espresso powder and boiling water. Stir until the granules are dissolved and allow to cool. Transfer to the fridge for 2 hours.
  • Step 2
    In the jar of a blender, add chilled espresso, milk, salted caramel sauce, and ice cubes. Place the lid and process until liquified.
  • Step 3
    Taste and adjust if needed by adding powdered sugar; process again.
  • Step 4
    Drizzle some salted caramel sauce into a tall glass before pouring in the espresso mixture.
  • Step 5
    Pipe in a generous amount of whipped cream; drizzle more salted caramel sauce on top. Serve immediately.
