bee balm iced tea
OfftheGridNews.com Warning: those individuals with thyroid problems or who are pregnant should not consume bee balm. The taste is unusual (yes, I liked it!) and you will definitely need to sweeten the tea to find that happy median. A simple syrup would work out well for this tea.
