1Place fresh bee balm leaves and flowers in a teapot or glass bowl.

2Pour boiling water over the leaves and flowers.

3Cover and steep until cool – about 1 hour. Strain and discard leaves and flowers. Chill and serve over ice cubes. Sweeten as desired.
