Ingredients

  • 500 milliliters fresh / uht milk (full cream / low fat)
  • 2 - 2 1/2 tablespoons double cream
  • 1 1/2 cups finely grounded almonds
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 - 3 teaspoons rose water

How To Make almond sherbet

  • Step 1
    Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 1 minute or until smooth. Best served cold.
