I love watermelon, but my husband is not crazy about it. He will eat one or two wedges and he is done. Because it is just the two of us, most of it goes to waste. BUT...this past week, I bought a bottle of lime juice. I do not know what came over me, but I thought I would use it sometime. I decided to try Rachael Ray's Watermelon Limeade Recipe. I think she used real lime juice, but I didn't have real limes and I must say...it turned out AMAZING!!! Hope you enjoy!!
