Ingredients

8 cups seedless watermelon cubes
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
6 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 cups water
- sliced lime and mint for garnish

How To Make watermelon lime agua freaca

Step 1

puree the watermelon in a blender or food processor.

Step 2

strain with a sieve and discard the pulp.
Step 3

stir in the lime juice, honey and water.
Step 4

place pieces of sliced lime inside the pitcher.
Step 5

chill and serve over ice and garnish with mint and additional sliced lime.
