    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    sugar (more or less depending on the sweetness of the watermelon)
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2 c
    diced watermelon, pureed
  • ·
    ice cubes
  • 4
    lemon twists, for garnish
  • ·
    mint sprigs, for garnish

How to Make Watermelon Lemonade

Step-by-Step

  1. Stir together lemon juice and sugar.
  2. Stir in water then watermelon puree.
  3. Pour over ice in 4 glasses. Garnish each with a lemon twist and a mint sprig.
  4. Each serving:
    136 calories; 2 mg sodium; 0 cholesterol; 0 grams fat; 0 saturated fat; 36 grams carbohydrates; 1 gram protein; 0.62 gram fiber.
