How to Make Wassail


  1. Take the oranges and stud them with whole cloves and bake them at 300 for 30 mins. Combine apple cider, orange juice and pineapple juice in a very large pan. Heat. Add oranges to liquid and add cinnamon sticks. May be kept warm on burner on low. Serve hot to drink. Never tried it but maybe a slow cooker would work really well.
    NOTE: of course you can add alcohol of your choice to kick it up a notch.
