turmeric enhanced tea
Turmeric is amazingly healthy. It fights inflammation for example but that's just one on it many wonderful properties. This tea is so enjoyable that you'll forget that your doing something good for your body. On a side note, you don't have to use peppermint, any tea you want to use will do fine.

- 1 - peppermint tea bag
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- - sweetener of choice to taste
- 1 dash dash of black pepper, optional
How To Make turmeric enhanced tea

Step 1Steep tea in hot water.

Step 2In a separate cup, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Add the steeped tea to the cup and sweeten as and if desired.
