Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coffee creamer or to taste
- 5 cups hot brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butterscotch ice cream topping
- - chocolate sauce
- - toffee bits
How To Make toffee coffee

Step 1In a small bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken. Add confectioners' sugar; beat until stiff peaks form.

Step 2Stir toffee bits into coffee; let stand for 30 seconds. Strain and discard any undissolved toffee bits. (Straining optional if you don't mind some tasty bits in your coffee but be sure that everyone gets some). Add some creamer to each cup.

Step 3Pour coffee into mugs and stir. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate topping and some more toffee bits.
