Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c
    whole milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    allspice
  • 1/4 c
    mashed sweet potatoes, add 1/2c if you like more
  • 1/2 tsp
    molasses
  • 1 Tbsp
    dark brown sugar
  • 1
    strip of orange peel

How to Make Sweet Potato Pie Coffee Creamer

Step-by-Step

  1. Push mashed sweet potato through a sieve for very smooth mash.
  2. Place all ingredients save orange peel in a saucepan on medium heat. Whisk thoroughly for an even liquid. Then place in orange peel.
  3. Lower heat to low and cover, cooking for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Strain through a sieve and pour into a ceramic creamer.
  5. Can be used immediately in your favorite hot beverage. Chill first for use in cold beverage. Store in refrigerator.
