It’s a hot, dry Summer day, and you need something refreshing to cool you down. Well, this spa water will totally do the trick. It’s easy peasy to make, with a light, refreshing taste. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

Ingredients

- 2 quarts filtered water
- 1 large organic cucumber
- 1 large organic lemon
- 1 sprig garden-fresh mint

Step 2Gather your ingredients.

Step 3Chef’s Note: I apologize for the lack of step-by-step photos. I was making this for about 25 ladies at a Sunday brunch. I did manage to shoot a final image, but that was about it.

Step 4Wash the lemon and cut into slices.

Step 5Wash the cucumber, score the skin, and then cut into slices.

Step 6Chef's Tip: A fork is an excellent tool to score the skin of a veggie.

Step 7Add the mint, and the lemon and cucumber slices to the water.

Step 8Chef's Note: Don't add too much mint or you'll overpower the drink

Step 9Refrigerate overnight.
