It’s a hot, dry Summer day, and you need something refreshing to cool you down. Well, this spa water will totally do the trick. It’s easy peasy to make, with a light, refreshing taste. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • PLAN/PURCHASE
  • 2 quarts filtered water
  • 1 large organic cucumber
  • 1 large organic lemon
  • 1 sprig garden-fresh mint

    Gather your ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Chef’s Note: I apologize for the lack of step-by-step photos. I was making this for about 25 ladies at a Sunday brunch. I did manage to shoot a final image, but that was about it.
  • Step 4
    Wash the lemon and cut into slices.
  • Step 5
    Wash the cucumber, score the skin, and then cut into slices.
  • Step 6
    Chef's Tip: A fork is an excellent tool to score the skin of a veggie.
  • Step 7
    Add the mint, and the lemon and cucumber slices to the water.
  • Step 8
    Chef's Note: Don't add too much mint or you'll overpower the drink
  • Step 9
    Refrigerate overnight.
