It’s a hot, dry Summer day, and you need something refreshing to cool you down. Well, this spa water will totally do the trick. It’s easy peasy to make, with a light, refreshing taste.

How to Make Summer Cucumber, Lemon, and Mint Spa Water

Step-by-Step

  1. PREP/PREPARE
  2. Gather your ingredients.
  3. Chef’s Note: I apologize for the lack of step-by-step photos. I was making this for about 25 ladies at a Sunday brunch. I did manage to shoot a final image, but that was about it.
  4. Wash the lemon and cut into slices.
  5. Wash the cucumber, score the skin, and then cut into slices.
  6. Chef's Tip: A fork is an excellent tool to score the skin of a veggie.
  7. Add the mint, and the lemon and cucumber slices to the water.
  8. Chef's Note: Don't add too much mint or you'll overpower the drink
  9. Refrigerate overnight.
  10. PLATE/PRESENT
  11. Serve over ice. Enjoy.
  12. Keep the faith, and keep cooking.
