organic cucumber
1 large
organic lemon

Step-by-Step

  • 1PREP/PREPARE
  • 2Gather your ingredients.
  • 3Chef’s Note: I apologize for the lack of step-by-step photos. I was making this for about 25 ladies at a Sunday brunch. I did manage to shoot a final image, but that was about it.
  • 4Wash the lemon and cut into slices.
  • 5Wash the cucumber, score the skin, and then cut into slices.
  • 6Chef's Tip: A fork is an excellent tool to score the skin of a veggie.
  • 7Add the mint, and the lemon and cucumber slices to the water.
  • 8Chef's Note: Don't add too much mint or you'll overpower the drink
  • 9Refrigerate overnight.
  • 10PLATE/PRESENT
  • 11Serve over ice. Enjoy.
