I'm prone to diabetes, though thankfully I don't actually have it. My doctor advised me to cut most if not all sugar from my life so I've found little tricks that work great. This little idea came to me when I found some Kool Aid in the cupboard and just used the Splenda. It actually works better than sugar. Great little drink for the kids.
