smooth cashew mocha coffee

Another of my little coffee experiments that came out quite nicely. Quick, simple and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • - sugar or sweetener of choice to taste
  • 6 ounces fresh brewed hot coffee (i used chocolate flavored but thats not required)
  • 4 ounces cashew milk

How To Make smooth cashew mocha coffee

  • Step 1
    Choose a mug that will hold 10 ounces with some room left at the top for stirring.
  • Step 2
    Place the first 4 ingredients into the mug and lightly mix together. Add the hot coffee and mix well. You want the cocoa and salt to dissolve.
  • Step 3
    Add the cashew milk and heat in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Enjoy.
